I've been stitching, I swear, but I don't have much to show yet. Poppy is a giant red blob, and I'm also working on a tiny Chatelaine freebie that I'll show once it's finished.
So instead, I thought it would be fun to show some pictures of all my completed projects that need finishing or framing! I took these to show to a friend of mine, but of course they fit in perfectly here on my stitching blog too. :3
They're a bit overexposed but hopefully you get the idea!
...I need to get busy, haha.
I'm the same as you....I have so many stitched pieces waiting to be finished or framed. One day I'll shock everyone and have them all done....just don't hold your breath! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful finished projects. So many. Love to see this together.
ReplyDeleteA great idea! You do lovely work!!
ReplyDeleteNo need for shame. I have a HUGE box full of patterns that haven't been framed or finished into something and I'm completely okay with that. Lol
ReplyDeleteI love seeing all your stitching. The mermaids are gorgeous!!!
I hope your holiday season is going well :)

Lovely to see all your finishes - some familiar, some not so. Has it inspired you to finish them? I have loads of unfinished stitching, probably more than you, but it's a case of out of sight, out of mind!
ReplyDeleteI really don't see those beautiful finishes as shame. You have stitched them all, you should be proud! They are all done :) You cannot possibly have them all framed and in display.... they are beautiful, well done! :)
ReplyDeleteYou have some very beautiful pieces. I esp. love pic 4 with the mermaids. There is no shame in all those lovely stiticheries. All that stitiching looks wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI have some I haven't framed...unfortunately, professional framing is rather expensive. Then you have to trust someone with a work that may have take months to finish.
Oh wow, all so wonderful! But the mermaids are my favourite!
ReplyDeleteI only saw the first photo and thought "that's not too bad" and then I saw the rest!
ReplyDeleteTracy J keeps her finished Miras in an artist's portfolio. It's a great way to keep them flat and preserved while you wait to frame them. And you can easily look through them to admire them.
Just like you, I have a ton of unfinished-finishes :) Yours are STUNNING, and I'm completely in love with that purple orchid in the first picture!
