Stitch & Share Giveaway!

Ahhh, I feel like I've been waiting forever to do this!  I decided that from now on, I'm going to give away my finished patterns instead of putting them back in the stash... unless they're part of a book or magazine that I still want to keep, of course. :p  Life is too short (and the stash is too big) to stitch the same thing twice!  And what's the fun in hoarding anyway?

So, I'm giving away the four patterns I've finished this year!  Here's how they look all finished:

- Bumble Bee (Sisters and Best Friends)
- Pumpkin Flower Sampler (Bent Creek)
- Tree of Hope (Mirabilia)
- Cherry Hill (Country Cottage Needleworks)

And here's the actual charts. :p

Some notes:
- Tree of Hope has some pencil markings on the key, and is a bit worn along the fold lines.  I definitely recommend making a working copy for stitching.
- Bumble Bee does not include the button.  Sorry, I used it. ;)
- No threads or other materials are included for any of these.  They're just the charts.

And the giveaway info:
- Please be a follower.  If you have a blog, leave me the link so I can follow you too!
- Anyone in the world can enter.  I'll ship anywhere! :)
- Comment with your choice of ONE chart you'd like to win.
- If more than one person chooses a chart, I'll select the winner with random.org.
- I'll post the winners on March 10!

So which one is your favorite? :)

  6. Tree of Hope!

As for the hoarding, I can't explain it other than to say that I like having stuff. Even if I've already stitched it I just can't let it go (unless it was a loan/pay forward with specifications etc).
And there's a very unlikely possibility I can sell it for a ridiculous price on Ebay when it goes OOP (not likely with the stuff I stitch, but you never know).
But mostly I just like having it!

I'm an old follower and you follow me too :D

I'd like to stitch Tree of Hope, I saw your stitching progress and it's a lovely piece, you do a good job! But if on March 10th no one has chosen Bumble Bee, I wouldn't mind to adopt it and stitch it, is so cute!

    Have a nice day! xoxo

I discovered scanning my completed patterns into my computer which helps my need to hoard and I can get rid of my completes to have space :P

  16. I do love Tree of Hope but as I was catching up on your blog I saw Cherry Hill completed and thought "I really like that style right now". And honestly it is more likely to be stitched and passed onto another stitcher than Tree of Hope!
I'm getting alot of fun out of gifting my finished charts too. I do intend to do more of that this year.

  17. Hard to make a choice! I would love to be entered to win the Bumblebee chart! That's my first choice, then it would be Tree of Hope. I would've chosen that as my first, but it's a BAP and I have two going on at the moment. So Bumblebee it is!

Good luck to everyone and thank you for putting on a lovely giveaway!!

I'll post on my blog too for you, okay?!

  19. Hi Rahenna,
You have some lovely stitching done!
If I would have to chose, I would go for the Mirabilia Tree of Hope (which has been on my wishlist since it was published ;-)
    Have a nice weekend!
